WHAT I DO
I teach and share Christ with the next generations in Cambodia to give them things they don’t get in the school system, help them know God, and walk with Him.
CLOTHED IN DIGNITY CENTER
A group of around twenty ladies from the village come to learn the skill of sewing, which also employs them. Part of their work schedule is a daily Bible study time. A few others and myself, get the privilege of taking turns during the week to disciple them through leading the studies.
LANGUAGE STUDY
God has provided the awesome opportunity to do language study. Coming to the people here, it is very important to be able to communicate, share and talk with them in their heart language. I’m learning more biblical vocabulary, sentence structure and how to read. My goal is to be able to share clearly about Christ, without having to prep!
THE LEARNING CENTER
The learning center teaches English to youth in Cambodia that cannot afford it elsewhere. English is a skill they have to learn outside of public school and it helps open up many job opportunities for them. Mainly, it helps provide the opportunity for the kids and also their families to get out of poverty. I get the privilege of teaching phonics and am working on redoing the curriculum for the first four classes at the center.
